ranked rewards going hand in hand with behaviour?

since when is your skill based on how good you are in the game compared to the behaviour you've given to other players around you. no ranked rewards for players below honor level 2 is seriously the most dumbest thing you can implent into the game this is litterly no way to reform your players as they only will become more and more toxic about this shit company trying to make their playerbase quit. rather make the afker, troller, inters and people trying to purposely grief you leave the game or either make a seperate match making for them instead of punishing the players actually trying to climb but becoming talkive in chat for the reason i mentioned. those players won't become as toxic or as frustrated to the point they get punished. but league of legends rather defend the player who purposely trying to ruin the game for others but doesn't talk in chat. so therefor no so called proof as riot will say ' they had a bad game or any other shitty excuse riot is trying to make to defend their sorry ass.' make a match making for them and let them troll/afk/int on eachother so people aren't being set up with those players. back to the point i could bet 50% of the player base won't get their ranked rewards after this change and i can't wait that riot games see they made a mistake here to change back their shitty 'rule' so people in higher elo doesn't lose their border for so called being toxic. make this game great by not punishing the player but ACTUALLY trying to improve it. there is no reform if you take things away from players. that's the way to make players less attractive to act nicer in game as they know they won't get their rewards anyway. resulting into more banns , more players quit and eventually riot games losing their whole revenue. can't wait to hear they are going to change the rules back. if i ain't getting my ranked rewards i could just rather quit and take the money i want to spend on games to other games as this game is becoming dead, defending the players who rather not take the game seriously than keeping the players who make this game what it is. if some1 in a pro team starts inting or purposely losing they will be kicked out of the team and be flamed at by their teammates that's on pro level and i can't see that they set this behaviour to 'Toxic'. it's a competitive game and players want to win.

Players want to win, but they also don't want to see toxicity.

Ranked rewards are a measure of your account status at the time of the end of the season.

Skill and behavior.

It’s not hard to not get punished. Over 80% of players never get a single punishment ever. Your inability to follow the rules does not mean that others have the same problem.

Being competitive and wanting to win are no excuses for poor behavior, and those who develop a reputation for poor behavior (such as Dardoch in pro LoL) find it more difficult to find teams to play for compared to those who don't. Also, ranked rewards have always been tied to behavior, and people who consistently behave poorly near end of the season have always lost access to them. The only thing that's changed is just that with the revamped honor system it was made so that Honor 2 is the minimum requirement to get them.

Let me tell you a story a while back during s9 i had a jax in my team who for some reason litterly started to witch hunt our ori midd and with witch hunt i really mean witch hunt. Every step she make he had something to say everything that went wrong was somehow her fault. Jax was playing well just ori was doing little poor what can happen to anybody but the jax had for some reason a personal vendetta against our ori. Big respect to ori to for staying tilt proof during it all. Now i wanna ask you should players like jax deserve rewards for ruin other peoples games and fun ?
