Queue Dodging (penalty)

Anything i can do about the Q penalty? i find it sort of unfair when the server lags out or bug splats during my games, that i have to pay the consequences with a long wait time, i didnt mind it at first when it was only 5 minutes; but now its gotten to the point of 30 minutes, im afraid i will be put on low q priority and have a permanent queue penalty. Anything i can do to help my cause? or prove that i havent been dodging?
