Riot I wasted more than 1k on my account ''federal'' I understand my past suspension are for good reasons. But you just perma banned me for the defending myself against other toxic players. I don't understand why that is reason to be perma banned. I was being toxic because everyone else was being toxic towards me. I like how you guys put the evidence against me to get me perma banned but dont include what the other players were saying. You guys should honestly start readin chats and not just the player who is being reported. You don't get banned for muting.

Because you had previous punishments before.

Or you could send a report their way so Riot could also read their chat.

If you cannot restrain yourself, it's your fault. That chat is pretty toxic to me, so the ban was justified.

It's pointless to defend yourself in games. You will never meet those people ever again, so there's not reason in getting angry over what they said. Good luck on your next account though, if you happen to make one.

You got a two-week ban two months ago for racist behavior, at which point you were warned that further toxic behavior would result in a perma. Here you are, flaming your team.

By defending you mean flaming them back? You should just mute flamers instead of engaging with them in chat war.

Just cause others are behaving badly, doesn't mean you are allowed to behave negatively as well.

Permamuting has been tested, and it didn't provide positive results, as toxic players just channeled their negativity into other acts like griefing and inting.

You had previous suspensions prior to this one, which meant you were warned about your bad behavior previously. 14-day ban is the final warning, and after that even minor toxicity, like here can result in a permaban. You should've cleaned up your act while you had the chance. You are free to create a new account but your permabanned account will stay banned unless it was a 100% false positive ban (I doubt it was).

You get what you ask for with toxicity. There's no reason to be toxic in return. Your previous suspensions clearly show that toxicity has been an ongoing problem for you.

If you're out on the street and someone starts talking shit to you, so you attack them - You're the one getting charges for Assault, not them. You're the one who couldn't handle the words someone said to you. In League there's literally a mute option so you don't even have to see it.

This game is about having self-control. You agreed to those terms and since you defied those terms you lost the account due to on agreed terms. You chose to put money on to that account. But since you retaliated against toxicity, you became part of the problem.

Retaliating is just the exact same as initiating it. All you did was sustained the same toxicity you were fighting. Since you had a habit of doing so and showed no signs of redeeming yourself, you lost access to that account in general.

Two wrongs do not make a right and fighting toxicity with toxicity solves nothing. You agreed to those terms. Now you have no choice but to move on. Doesn't matter what you do from here, you are to move on. You're not seeing that account ever again or any of that money.

Riot isn't liable to you in any way. That means no refunds, no anything.

Honestly, everyone here understands that its not about who started it, so full chat logs wouldnt help you. If someone is being toxic to you, and you are bothered by it, please mute them and report it. They will get punished in a way you could never hope to achieve. You shit talking them back isnt hurting their feelings or affecting them in any way. Their accounts getting banned because you reported them though? Now THAT is gonna affect them.

Yeah, I doubt that they'll ever do anything to get you unbanned but I do agree that they should take into consideration the circumstances.

You should not be punished for your response to a dude who's literally threatening physical harm and death upon you so long as it doesn't get extreme.

before you spend money, you should read the ToS and summoners code. Rules are simple, if you break'em you lose. you've also been punished many times previously, and "he started it" isn't a excuse.

Oye, it's pretty much been covered so I won't rehash what others have said.

However, you've always had the ability to perma mute yourself. There are step by step instructions on the forums (the script disables the enter key while in game).

Granted, it's a little to late to help you, but the info might be helpful for someone else.
