It was said he insulted me because of how I was acting. When not even 20 minutes ago I was banned for 14 days for insulting someone for inting, trolling, and harassing our team. AKA the way he was acting.

So...Report him. If you feel like someone's breaking the Boards Universal Rules - no matter their status - report them, and the Moderation team will handle it.
As an aside; Specialists aren't "Riot-deemed", they're picked out by the Heralds of the Boards Community Moderation team.
He might get away with it because the mods like to selectively enforce their rules

I went ahead and edited out the offending parts of that comment, "If you are going to be a petty, childish brat..." I can understand how it can come off that way, but I don't feel like the intent was to offend or insult you. Rather, it was said to call attention to this specific behavior that you had threatened in your discussion:
I just want to give everyone in the silver and gold ELO a heads up that once my 14 day restriction is up me and my other gold smurf accounts will be muting everyone and running it down mid.
I will destroy absolutely every game I can once that ban is up. Just waiting for the IP ban at this point so I can go around that as well.
That's not ok behavior in game, nor is it on the boards.
The rest of his reply stays, as I feel it appropriately answers your questions, regarding why your punishment is valid even if issued quickly, and regarding punishments in game.
If you find a player's comments to be objectionable, then simply stop replying to them and report comments you deem unfit for the boards.
I'll also warn, as I do anyone with a 2-week suspension, that your next punishment would be a permanent suspension, and that the threshold following a 2-week suspension is extremely low. Things that would normally trigger a chat restriction will get you the next punishment.
This topic is the definition of irony. Idk if the OP is just oblivious to how he's behaving, or this is some meta joke he's playing on the people who are "siding" with him. I'm going to have to assume it's the former.
I am going to assume I am the only report that is going through on him even though he OBVIOUSLY insulted me. I also know for a fact that my post has probably been reported multiple times by now. A little ironic that someone speaking out against riot is banned quickly, the people supporting them, regardless of their actions are sitting comfortably.
The game and the boards have different standards.
