new players
So I am a new player. The only thing I am getting from the league is being abused by other smurfs. "OMG, NOOB, REPORT? HOPE YOU WILL DIE. . ." It is fun sometimes, but how am I supposed to learn if the only "help" is: "ff at 15"?

Nothing about your match history suggests you're actually a "new" player. You're clearly a player on a new account who has been around League for some time, and as such, low-level matchmaking will pair you with other smurfs. Such is the price of smurfing.
I think finding a friendly group of people to play with will really help. When I was new I played with my brother and his friends. Even though they didn't teach me anything, they didn't flame me either and just thought it was funny when I did something bad.

I'd put some of the blame at the feet of the game's punishment system for this. When it permanently bans a player, it's usually not actually stopping that player from playing the game. All it's doing is changing who that player is playing the game with. It stops them from playing with experienced players for a while and places them with smurfs and new players.

I had familiar experience back when I started playing LoL for the very first time (which is 5 months ago, it's not that long ago). I remember with 1 of my 2 friends I was playing with, he called me a troll because I was 0/11, have in mind that I had 0 experience with MOBAs and the tutorial didn't do me any favor. As time past by I learn most of the basics by myself, some my friend had to explain to me (like I was wondering why there was a Jungler role). It took me 2 months to learn the game as someone as stupid as me. The best way to learn the game is either look online or have a friend that have played LoL before, at least this is how I learned how to play...

It's natural for players to get upset when dealing with a bad player.

sad thing: pre lv 30 you wont learn anything. because you will only face these type of people. after lv 30 you will still face toxic people but the "freshly permabanned" or "smurfs" are way rare. i remember that i got so scared from my first normal that i played from lv 2 to lv 30 in bot games... lol
