Banned for 14 days honor level reset to 0?

I just got banned for 14 days because i was being toxic to someone on the enemy team and i want to know if my honor level reset cause of this I was at honor level 4 going to 5 soon i think and when i looked at my profile in game it had a locked icon with honor level 0 and saying this under the level dishonorable. Can Riot explain this you better please to why i don't have a honor level anymore or will my honor level come back after my ban?

The punishment tier is cruel 1st and 2nd are chat restricts, 10,25, that may take 1 or 2 honors away, while the 3rd 14 day ban and 4th perma ban just strip you of all honor while skipping tiers. Honor is absolutely dead in this game, lvl 5? more like not reported, it means jack anyway in this butt hurt society, also you post your logs you will be flamed down to hell by 1 perspective sided butt hurt ignorant toxic waste of human flesh community, you are not going to get any good constructive criticism nor any effort in this shitty place called player behavior there's 0 reform 0 chances unless it's absolutely autisticlly dumb case. where you have tons of evidences,videos,streams,proof you explained, because rito only cares about what you said which may be as dumb as a single triggering ?, and not the person calling you trash saying you should be reported x9 begging for it, which follows under harassment. It's maddeningly dumb that this is what good ol league's generation become.

When an account gets chat banned, it is reduced to honor 1, unless it was already at honor 1, in that case it gets reduced to honor level 0. When an account gets a 14 day ban, it is reduced to honor level 0.

After receiving a reduction in honor, honor progress is locked for a while. The length of the honor lock is dependent upon your behavior. Once honor is unlocked, you are able to progress in honor again. The rate of honor gain is dependent upon your behavior.

When someone gets banned for something you drop below 0. This is because you have no honor when toxic. So to answer your question, you will be able to go back up I believe but will take you a very long time.
