Got 2 week banned, no email???

I'm not going to sit here and tell myself that I wasn't being toxic. I got harassed by a 3man premade, and talked a lot of shit back, that was all there was to it. However, I got 2 week banned about an hour ago and I haven't seen my email yet. Do they not show depending on the severity of ban?
