someone made death threats, i reported, but is that all?
they literally said "im going to k!!! your dad and R!p! your mother"...really hoping riot can perma ban this guys IP making death threats like that...pretty messed up.

Riot does t do IP bans, they’re easily circumvented and can cause unwanted collateral damage. You can submit a support ticket reporting the player if you’re so inclined, but you’ve done basically all you can st this point, yeah.
I doubt they will ip ban, but you can report them via support ticket. I tend to do this with some of those more extreme cases.
open a support ticket if you have evidence like pictures it will help you a lot.
last time i manually reported someone for that they told me they would to continue monitoring the player. and if i knew there was a in game report system. dont get your hopes up
They don't IP ban. IP bans are easily evaded and cause collateral damage.
