Add an automatic mute setting?

Add a automatic mute setting that mutes all players outside of your party. The setting would help those who fight with their team frequently, and serve as a chat restriction by choice. To make sure the player does not turn it off or on during game to flame put the setting in the main menu when you log in. Also to help, prevent other players from reading what the player would type. It might seem like it would prevent team communication, but for the most part this would help prevent toxicity. I found myself being less toxic when not being able to use chat while chat restricted, so maybe for those who don't want to be toxic, including myself, it would help prevent it from the very start. Although the restriction would not apply in champion select therefore allowing people to call their lanes or communicate team comp. I mean this wouldn't hurt to just add, all it could do is help really. (Please feel free to add any other ideas)
