You were totally griefing/harassing the Kayn regardless what he was doing to you, it doesn't make it right. Asking for people to report someone has been known to get you banned. If you have gotten a 14D ban like you said before, any little thing will set off the perma ban

Since you got a 14d, you were pretty much screwed from the start.. 1.) 'Rallying' for bans counts as harassment/griefing/flaming 2.) I think saying "inting" puts a red flag but not sure 3.) 'Just ff' counts as griefing / negative attitude 4.) "I'm muting you" counts as griefing / bad attitdue 5.) Flaming (name calling and other stuff) also got flagged

Your current penalty doesn't speak for your general past history of your other penalties. This is just your most recent penalty. This chat-log wasn't a straight up ban. This was just your last strike after your 14-day ban.

What you did wrong here was giving up. Which is really an extremely frowned upon situation by the community as of whole. Including this shows that you had some extreme conflicts with your Kayn. The IFS detected you harassing Kayn, so on your end, you received a flag which ultimately led you to your last penalty tier out of the 4 tiers aka "strikes" that you get.

If you reported Kayn for feeding, at most he'll get a flag. So if the Kayn does this consistently griefing, being toxic, or intentionally ruining people's game, it'll catch up with him or could have possibly given him a penalty already. You'll likely never know.

the ban wasn't warranted however you should be more mature and accept the circumstances. Its well known riot has proven inadequate to do this silly crusade properly so don't risk it. Just report your report, don't ask others to, turn off chat, finish the game, and do absolutely nothing else.

Slight negativity and defeatist attitude. Mild in severity.

Normally you'll need a few dozens of similar games for you to get punished. But you were probably punished with a 14-day ban before, so your account was on thin ice. Any little bit of toxicity can get you punished.
