League is dying because of the community?

I've been playing League of Legends for a while now. It is obvious that saying 3 bad words towards someone that is harassing people by trolling, inting and what-so-ever giving u a permaban. But people like this that admit of trolling even before the game starts: <removed by moderation> ΔCiD™ : last 2 game troll me <removed by moderation> ΔCiD™ : i prefer troll this game

That pick a caitlyn mid and then troll the hell out of the game do not get any ban or restriction. These kind of people litterly say: "riot doesnt care". I rather have a person flaming that I can mute and atleast have a chance to win the game then a person that trolls from the beginning but simply because he didnt curse means he does not get any restrictions and ruins the fun for 4 people.

Who agrees with me that league of legends is a dying game because riot 1.<removed by moderation> in banning people that flame in chat. 2. riot doesnt do shit about people trolling the fuck out of games.

Needingless to say that league streams and everything that has to do with it are back to a minimum amount of watchers and riot even needs to promote streams trough challenges because the game is dying. And that has 0 to do with the game itself and everything with riot's nazi ban regime and closing all eyes when it comes to trollers.

Have played the game for 2 weeks and already so fucking sick of this community that I am quiting and am done with this basementdwelling toxic cancer community.

Please, tell us more about how banning an account from their game for breaking behavioral rules is like a "nazi ban regime". Your choice of analogy is sure to bring worthwhile discussion.

Riots will only ban people that are being toxic in chat game. They do not care about other player who are tilting or vicious in the game because they don't give two fucks about it and will not do anything about it. So therefor as long you don't tilt and being vicious in game they don't care. Even if you decide to gave up on the game for the team or troll the game or just even ruin other people game for them. They will not care one bit about it. The only thing they can do is get people ban for being toxic in the chat-box only. Riots doesn't care how bad you are in the game, as long you're not being toxic in the chat-box they will let you go.
