Most unfair perma ban ever?

My account got perma banned after this 1 game. Here are the chat logs:

It might be unfair, but I don't really trust people that post their logs since this:"http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/HRWcTKKJ-repost-to-right-section-harrassed-and-chat-banned". If you find your ban unfair your best chance is to send in a ticket to: support.riotgames.com. nobody can help you here, sorry.

If the ban was after a temporary (14 day) suspension, then there are a couple of things that could have caused a valid report out of these logs.

From very early in the match you began calling for a surrender and threatening to afk. That is now a reportable offense.

Flaming the Fiora (who was actually Gold V and one of the highest ranks on the team with the fewest deaths and second most kills and most cs) and the bot lane.

Without context, this one doesn't look too good. It kinda looks like you might have been threatening to intentionally feed and make the score 1 to 20. Which, if you were, would have definitely been a reportable offense. Whether you did or not, if they reported you for it in this match, it really might not have looked too good to the system, as you had only 1 kill participation in the entire match.

Can't say this one enough, please don't call for reports. It's considered harassment, and is a reportable offense.

Most of these are fairly mild, but the system doesn't work by asking "does this deserve a permaban?" It asks "does this deserve a punishment?" If the answer is yes, then you move to the next tier. There are 4 tiers:

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day suspension
permanent suspension

So, if you were on tier 3, and were reported for this game, then yes, it would bump you to permaban.

Perm bans are a culmination of your activity. The games that got you banned perhaps weren't perfect examples of what you did but you for certain did something horrible and unacceptable and continued to do it for a long time and through 4 tiers of penalties.

While you shouldn't be banned for Toxic necessarily this: A: Probably isn't your first ban B: You broke more than one other rule that is ban-able.

I can see how you got perma banned and to be honest their needs to be less toxic people in this game / a good way to stop this from happening is having someone be next to you while you play and you can tell them whats going on instead of typing your rage at others

this definitly was not it and even if it was, you had 3 other chances to fix ur behavior at that point you shouldnt talk at all in chat
