Banned with no reform card?

Hi, posting this because I don't know exactly what I did to get banned.

Yesterday I logged in to my league of legends account after being offline for about two days, I noticed that my chat was disconnected and I thought it was a bug at first. After a while of searching around I noticed that my play button was grayed out and when hovered over displays the text "You're banned! Relog to see your reform card". So I did just that about 10 times, and there was no reform card. I also checked my email and there was nothing from Riot about why I was banned or the duration of my ban.

I'm not toxic and I don't use racial slurs, intentionally feed, troll, or use scripts/other 3rd party programs which interfere with my gameplay, and I have never been banned before.

I've already sent a ticket to support as of yesterday with no response so far.

Is anybody else experiencing this or, if not, at least have some information or advice on what to do? Thanks! I'm just very worried about my account due to the lack of information surrounding ban.

Your account may just be frozen if it's suspected to have been compromised. If you haven't exhibited any recent toxic behavior, this may be it.

The only thing you can do is wait on the Support Ticket. If what you are saying is true about not being toxic/trolling/using 3rd party programs, or sharing your account, the only logical explanation is that your account was compromised. Let the person who is supporting you know that if that is the case and they will ask you questions that you should know to help see that it is actually your account!

I have the same problem but i am banned for being toxic for 14 days and 14 days has passed and i still have a ban
