Hi everyone, so I've decided to post on the discussion board hoping someone can give me answers for my problems. So as you can see in the title I got perma-banned cuz of botting. However, I have not used any third party softwares or hacks or whatever to "boost" my account. There has been a similar problem when I got a 14 day ban for MMR boosting which also made no sense because I just play duos with my girlfriend (we are same rank). When I contacted riot support about this and if they could show me the evidence they went off of that I was MMR boosting. They just brushed it off and said that they couldn't show me anything and nothing could be done. Therefore I wanted to come here on the discussion board to ask ya'll if there are any ways to prove that I wasn't boosting myself using third party softwares. I linked my account so you guys can see that I'm hardstuck gold. Haven't climbed or dropped. I would like some kind of advice or something. Thank you very much.

Is this 100% your account? You didn't purchase it or anything? I know people who buy their accounts and months and months go by and they even forget about it eventually and then Riot does a banwave that bans all botted accounts/bought accounts that bots were used to level it up to 30.

Your best bet is to contact Riot through a Support ticket or message them on Twitter.

Edit: I didn't see you'd already contacted Riot Support.

Riot will not disclose it's investigative methods, as this can harm finding other accounts using malicious 3rd party software. You already spoke with support, and unfortunately, there's not much to do beyond that point

I dont think theres a way we know of to prove it 100%. I have seen wrongful bans for 3rd party software get reversed before. It took the person many support tickets. Dont attempt to bump your ticket by making more, that will send it to the bottom. Just wait until you talk to them, they close the ticket, and then submit another. Keep trying to contact them. Ask them over and over until you get someone who gets it right. This is of course assuming you're innocent.

honestly I don't see anything that would red flag as being bot related or boosting

now I am not an expert on the subject, i'm just going off my own opinion of the matter
