this could easily be improved a ton of riot would have a loadscreen tip that says "one report does as much as 9 so stop asking for reports you toxic fucker and inform yourself" but nope instead they tell you how long it takes to get from one base to the other with only using flash.

I tried to tell someone playing bots that he can't tell anyone where to go. He was trying to get me to go bot, so it'd be 3 bot, but I disagreed. I even took a support item so that he'd get more gold, but he left lane, called me names, died several times in the jungle, and accused me of trying to steal kills. Some people are stubborn and just want their way.
Because you aren't the authority and the system has changed over time. I'm sure there are some straight up troll responses mixed in as well. Now, if they refuse to acknowledge Riot quotes and links, I can't defend that.
So let them report you, false reports won’t do anything. Is it even worth trying to inform them, though, if it only increases their negativity? Let the ignorant remain ignorant, and just play the game.
While it is noble of you to educate the ignorant masses it is not required of you. Just focus on playing and report those you think need to reporting.

when my team cries to the enemy in all chat to report so and so i will reply in all chat:
1: asking others to report a player is harassment 2: reports do not stack. 3: the enemy does not care.
