I think CS:GO system of banning is really good, good players can watch quick replays of reported player and judge if he deserved the report and ban him. For doing that u gain exp, so in Lol u could get exp, blue essence or some skins for really good judges to encourage people to do it

We had the tribunal. It was really underused and backlogged for months and months. Only using "good" players (whatever you mean by that) reduces the pool of players further. Incentives are a bad idea, people will go through as many cases as possible in short times, reducing their quality. We also had that before with the tribunal rewarding ip and people just pressing guilty over and over again.

Not every challenger player is gonna be up to do it. Since theres gonna be tons of reports lets say today u had 20k reports , do you know how many people u need to do it? On top of that , lets say challenger judging Iron player . For challenger everything below master is troll. So thats not gonna work actually.

The system in CSGO does not at all work - CSGO is still running rampant with trolls, and players get punished simply for being bad at the game.

People would just spam it regardless of benevolent intentions or not if it comes with free rewards. This could potentially cause traffic and trouble for RIot Games.

In addition to what others have said, I want you to think about this long and hard -

Even if players were reviewing the matches, don't think for a minute that you'd be let off the hook just because some other person was flaming worse, or "started it," or you were "defending yourself," or any other bullshit.

When we used the Tribunal, we overwhelmingly voted to punish.

Trust me, you want an unbiased system to judge you, not other players. If you got punished by the IFS, you deserved it when you want to believe that or not.
