Submit a support ticket. The board can't help you get unbanned.
It looks like there was a glitch and it either displayed incomplete chat logs or the wrong game. You should contact support for assistance.
Another possibility (other than what the other commenters pointed out), is that the zero tolerance detection was a little hyperactive and detected "nikgamer" as a alternate spelling of the n-word.
Remove the 'k', 'a' and 'm' and boom, it's the n-word.
If that's the case they should reverse it when you contact them about it (and they probably should tone down how far away it searches as alternate spellings of the zero tolerance stuff).
