Can we get some kind of protection from demoting when you have an AFK?

I know people are gonna cry about this being abused, but it's really not easy to abuse if Riot actually starts punishing people for leaving games. I don't know why you're not instantly banned for leaving after typing something that implies you're rage quitting.
