question about the "ineligible for loot" htc message

Yeah, so, short story, I was a toxic player. The end.

I'm wondering if anybody has figured out or sent a support ticket in about how you would show that you're "reformed", and that you're deserving of whatever you get from HTC again? Pretty much my only question.
