Hello i was banned permanently because i raged a bit during a game. I spent a lot of money on riot on all the skins and so fourth. Im trying to create a support ticket and it will not let me and at the same time verify my email and it wont let me. Please help. Why are you guys banning players who spent significant amount of cash on your game. Permanently banning for behavior or how i speak is pretty harsh. Temporarily ban is understandable.

Spending money doesn't make you exempt from the rule or exempt from punishments for breaking them.

It's very likely you received a temporary ban before the permanent one, a 14-day ban. When given a 14-day ban it states that further poor behavior may result in a permanent suspension of the account.

Money doesn't make you invulnerable to the system. Money will never give you any power or special privileges. No one has to tolerate you or your attitude in this game. That's why people report you because no one wants to see you in their future games nor would they want anyone else to tolerate you. So you won't be getting that account back. Make a new one and learn from your punishments.

YOU SO BAD5/19/2018, 9:21:09 AM1 votes

you agreed to the terms of service and summoners code when you made your account.

Which clearly states dont flame in chat and be toxic in like 6 different ways.

If your perma banned you recived multiple chat restrictions first a 14 day ban then the perma ban.

Riot gave you numerous chances to change even though they didnt have to as you continually broke the summoners code and terms of service.

the better question is why does riot give you so many chances to change when you knowingly break the rules you agreed to.

Because they lose even more money when players leave their game due to toxicity. Its all about maximizing profit. Oh... necro... my bad...

While Necromancy may be handy (and sometimes needed) in video games, it's not the case for old forum threads. Please avoid using such magic and be mindful of how old threads are before posting.
