when you are matched with 4-man-premade they: won't talk all game bcs they are on voice-chat blame your for everything x4reports if you lose lane have the power to surrender if they feel like not playing anymore the solo player won't have a say in any decision-making
Someone pls make me change my mind, because I think this will ruin ranked for me and for those who like playing solo.

Your concerns are definitely valid, but Riot is aware of these possible issues. They will be monitoring these types of behaviors and have backup plans to the system ready in case it's not working out.
As for 4x reports, there's no need to worry about those. 4 reports hold roughly the same value as 1 does; the system calculates punishments per match, not per report. You've never had to worry about mass reports, which is also one of the reasons that Riot asks you to not call for it to be done.

Yeah, I'm not sure how that's going to work out. I know in my dorm, there would be times when other people would be playing as 5, getting the nexus down to 1/4 health, and then they would /ff. They did it because they thought it was funny, I think it's just dumb. I could totally see this happening in the new Ranked system. It's already hard enough to play normals or Team Builder with a x4 premade.
I think you have very valid concerns, especially the last two points. I'm sure Riot will do something to fix those, but I don't work for Riot so I can't be sure.
This game has a player base of ~80 million people, make 4 friends.
