Hello, I know you may have heard this many times, I have recently been banned permanently from my League of Legends account. I believe I was wrongfully banned. I was flamed by my entire team for 30 mins straight and at the end of the game I report them all, and then I receive the ban? I think that is pretty unfair. I have invested so much of my time and money into this account that is truly heartbreaking to be banned forever. I reached out to riot through the submit a ticket option, and completed a survey which said I could speak to a human. Yet there is no option to speak to someone? I would just like a chance to talk to an actual human being who can help me with my problem. I believe that it is only fair that I have a real representative of riot address these problems rather than a bot. Thank you for your time.

I understand that it may sound bad strictly from my chat log, and there are swear words, and things I shouldn't have said, if they were to review why I said those things. I believe that it would make much more sense. I was constantly harassed from the very first minute into the game. It was very hard to stay calm and collected when you have 4 guys that are ganging up on you. We even had a dc that game because of "me" apparently. I just believe it is completely unfair that I receive a ban since the majority of players from my team didn't like me. Riot should at least review the game, and report them or even ban. If anything I believe I got banned for saying "r%%%%%". I am not saying that is okay to say, but a perma ban seems to be a bit extreme. I have spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on this account and to have all taken away after one game is sooo unfair.
