Help with Toxicity in lower ELOs

Hey guys I'm a gold 3 jungle/ top main trying to climb to to plat. For the most part my teams are awesome and communicate great, but more and more I'm coming across teams with THAT guy. The one who does twice then says Gg open mid and intentionally feeds. I try to help them off tilt but usually end up muting them because of their toxicity. I was wondering if you guys had any tips on how to fix or avoid situations like these. Cheers mates!
