Perma Banned for Botting? What?

I got permanently banned for "botting" (using 3rd party software to level up my account) despite not doing any such thing. Nor did I buy my account, it's my main and I've had it for years now. Leveled the sucker up from 1 myself. I remember the IP system, I've got veteran emotes, level 2 honor, and suddenly I get banned?

Look, guys, I know I play a lot of VS AI, but that doesn't mean I'm a bot. I've been reading about it and it seems like Riot isn't likely to undo their decision. How do I go about proving my innocence?

EDIT Click on my icon and look at my match history, does that look like botting KDA to you?

EDIT 2 Who keeps down voting this? I'm just trying to figure this out and get my account back. xD

EDIT 3 The ban got lifted, once a human reviewed it. It seems the program that searches for bots was "too aggressive in this case" and they got me unbanned pretty quickly. Thanks Riot. ( ^-^)b

Lol playing a lot against ai doesn't make you an ai, anyway if you think the ban was unfair which you do send a ticket to riot support

Custom skins. Stupid overlays. Memory editors unrelated to league. Think about anything that could be falsely detected, unrelated to your history of coop vs ai. Keep in mind that league is a game that would crash if you have a chrome tab with "cheat engine" in its title.

Oh, by the way, macro-mouses and keyboards, as well as all forms of autoclickers are bannable.

Are you sure you had no 3rd party active at all? Doesn't matter if it was working for league.

I hope you get a sympathetic support staffer to look at this. I can't see any indication that you're using 3rd party software, unless you're scripting vs bots for some bizarre reason.
