just had a guy in ranked linked his twitch account who is purposely losing games to get demoted to b5 is there a way to get his account permanently by a riot employee? link to his twitch account and proof that he is purposely losing games.
As they said, the shaming or reporting of players on the boards isn't allowed per the Universal Rules, so I've edited out your link. If you need to report something in a game you weren't in like that, you can submit a Support Ticket under the category I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions.

Please go to support.riotgames.com and report them there. Your image will be removed by moderation for naming and shaming, as it is against the universal rules.
Send a ticket to support. This is a tangible evidence and Riot overwhelming punish these guys.
This guy is full of shit. He randomly sold 2 full items for no reason before the game was ended, so he was obv trolling
