Queue dodging for good reasons.

Hi Rito. Even if you delete this i at least want you to be able to READ it first. I recently played an aram game with a player. He loaded in just fine and stood at base dc'd reloaded in and repeated. This happens to me quite a lot unfortunately. And I'm not about to let constant 4v5's ruin my night. NOT EVERYONE DODGES FOR A BAD REASON. Please consider having some kind of system in place to give a reason why you want to quit a game (IN CHAMP SELECT). I shouldn't be forced into a game with a player I reported the game prior. I don't mind that i have a timer. But you need to fix this and make it so in the future those of us who dodge to avoid toxic, afk, feeding players WHICH WE'VE ALREADY DONE REPORTED not be punished for wanting to enjoy this game free of troll stress.

TL DR: RIOT DON'T PUT ME ON THE SAME TEAM AS SOMEONE I HAVE PREVIOUSLY REPORTED

This one is a careful line to walk. I refused to pick a champion after someone filled pre-game chat with pro-1940's Germany talk. I took a five minute penalty for that. But in that case, I doubt anyone would really take much of an issue with my decision there. But that's the only time that has happened.

If you leave games frequently enough to be locked out for twenty minutes, you're leaving too much. If you're getting the same jerk every match up, take a break to avoid them instead of queuing up again quickly. If you feel the need, use your break to open a ticket on the offender and tell Riot what the person is doing.

But despite all of that, Riot has said they will not put in something that prevents you from being teamed with someone you have reported. It would affect the finder and we'd all watch hour long timers building and building but never starting. Block the jerks so you don't have to read their crap. If they AFK or fail to participate, report them. They'll work their way to a ban if they don't straighten up.

I agree with you, though I'd probably never get a game if this were the case. When I lock in Support Nasus, people often lose all sense of decency and start foaming at the mouth. As it is, I often have people dodge. But those who stick around for fear of punishment for dodging end up finding I'm quite competent with Support Nasus, and everything ends up fine.

If those people had no fear of repercussion, I'd never get a game... So I'm torn on this. Objectively, though, yes. You should be able to dodge normals with good cause.
