I was Playing league and After the game this one dud added me. He started to shit talk and proceed into saying that he would kill my whole family. And my dumbass Linked my stream before all of this happened so now he knows my face :(.

Report him. If you have reason to believe there's an actual threat to your well being, bring it up with the police.
Block them, report then, move on. For all you know they live far away from you. But I don’t think a killer is sitting there playing league.
You should submit a ticket to Rito, call the local police office, take martial arts classes, buy a load of weapons and munition (should be easy), build a bunket, change name/address/sex. Call CIA/NSA/FBI/ i do not know any other stuff like this, but call all of them, just to be sure. Hack LoL's system, to get his IP/email address anything, get his real name through phishing. Hack the telephone company, get his phone number, hack his phone, to always track him with GPS. Maybe you should involve the military as well, but i'm not sure if they are capable to deal with these serious threats.

Research indicates that most online death threats are also acted upon. That mostly happens at night when you're in bed.
The only way to safe yourself is sending a ticket to Riot and hoping that they either send the anti death threat squad to exterminate the target OR that they notify the men in white so that they can put you into a safety jacket and escort you to a safety cell.
Always screenshot people threatening you so you can report them accordingly.

Those kinds of comments are very toxic and can be frightening as well especially if you believe the person knows who you are. As others have suggested, if you are truly concerned, contact your local authorities. Be sure you've reported the offender to Riot as well in post game and possible even a ticket since these kinds of comments are absolutely unacceptable.
I do want to note that I removed the images from your post. Even though I will personally admit the evidence appears quite concrete, namely this player is still actively name and shame and a violation of the rules. If you wish to re-add the images with all names except your own edited out, feel free to do so.
