Permanently banned

I just received a permanent ban for use of "third party software" or "scripting". I am confused by this because I have never used third party software nor have I ever scripted before. I submitted a ticket to try and have this addressed but I am curious is there any way to check your system for third party software? I don't download a lot and I only have steam, battle net and league of legends on this PC which I only use this pc for games. I don't bot or script or hack or cheat I am baffled on how this could have happened especially since I haven't played league in weeks and got this ban yesterday. Any help would be appreciated.

You got hacked. Unless you are lying about not playing, which I doubt. You have many games played the day before yesterday

I have bad news mate, Riot will tell you that the security of your account credentials lie with the player, so the ban is very unlikely to be lifted. So sorry. I see you weren't even playing ranked before the hack :/

As Saezio said, it seems that your account was most likely compromised. You have a lot of recently played games spanning over the course of 1 month or more.

You can file a support ticket (found right here) and inquire with support to see if they can manually lift the ban.

However, account security is the responsibility of the account owner and I just want to warn you now that you may not get your account back. I'm sorry, and I know it's a sucky situation to be in, but good luck and I hope it works out for you.

well that sucks cause I got hacked then cause I really haven't played in a few weeks. I am surprised I didn't get some notification that a new logon location happened or anything. I submitted a ticket and ill see what they say. If they don't lift the ban then I will not play again. That is no threat and I know they don't care I just cant bring myself to level up and unlock all the champs again not to mention all the money I spent on the account.
