I need a riot employee to help me

Hello! I've never posted in the boards before, but I am becoming extremely paranoid regarding the threat of a perma ban. Some background, i've been chat restricted multiple times (not in the past 6 months), I have had 2 2 week suspensions (again not in the past 6 months), and I have had 1 offensive language report (in the past month). Here's the problem, I read all these stories of people getting perma banned, and even though I feel as if I have showed true reform, and have truly benefited the League of Legends community over the past 6 months to avoid a ban, I still feel as if it is inevitable (not because im toxic). My question is, how do I know my account status, and giving you this info, can I get an estimated risk of me getting banned, maybe what my account level is? I tried contacting player support but they were incredibly useless. If anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Riot does have the ability to check the current standing of your account, but I don't see them handing that info out to people regularly. If you're lucky, you might get a Rioter to respond here and offer up that info.

Beyond that, if you've not been punished in the last 6 months, then at worst your next punishment tier should be a 25-game chat restriction, at worst. It's structured like this:

  • 10-game chat restriction
  • 25-game chat restriction
  • 14-day ban
  • Permanent ban

It takes 3 months without a punishment to drop down one tier. So, at worst, if just over six months ago you were got a 14-day ban, you next punishment tier would be a permanent ban. Six months of good behavior would drop you 2 tiers, so your next would be a 25-game restriction instead.

Riot doesn't have a location you can look up your status. Nor do they show whether your reports (or being reported) is effective or not.

As Zielmann stated, if you are lucky enough to get a Red to look at your post, they would be able to tell you whether you are in good standing.

I'd also write in a ticket to Player Support, they may be able to shed some information.
