Dynamic Queue Has Failed to Keep Feeders at Bay

I pick jhin top, not a conventional pick, but i feel like i can play it well, i main top and i thought i could correctly play him against most laners there. My mid laner shuraha decided that playing jhin top was not ok. He said that he would troll too, despite me making it clear that i was going to play safe and do well, and proceeded to feed the entire game. I even sincerly asked him to just stop dieing when he was at 5 deaths, said i would not report him and gift him a skin if we won, i meant it too. His response was "i dont want to win this game."

To make a terrible situation worse, the enemy team decides to verbally encourage him(i think 4 of them did) and shittalk our team while he fed.

So league has both Trolls and those who encourage them, and i actually have come to expect that not the urgot (shuraha) or any of the people who encouraged/ and our trash talked will be punished.
