Is there a way to see if and what I've been reported for?

I would like to know if I've ever been reported and what for. It would be nice to be able to know what others perceive as a reportable offense and what kind of behaviors that get reported could possibly get me banned if it were to continue. I'm sure I've been reported for nonsense stuff because some people like to report others for one bad game. But, yeah. I'm curious if I've ever been reported for beimg toxic. Because, I try really damn hard not to be. So, like if there is any way to see chat logs of games that are "toxic" I'd like to understand when and what was or could be perceived as toxic. That way I can self evaluate and work on communicating what I was trying to say in a less toxic (if I even have any) way than what was said.
