One game, trolled by a 4 man premade, basically told them to fuck off, reported by all 4, 10 game chat restriction (first ever punishment) now honor level 1 after the chat restriction wore off.

That type of negativity is unacceptable regardless of who started it, Riot doesn't want negativity in any capacity.

Multiple reports do nothing to increase the likelihood of a punishment being doled out. This has been verified and proven multiple times.
Honestly people say that group reporting doesn't change anything, but games where I was premade and we reported or games where more people said they reported almost always had an instant feedback, whereas I rarely get instant feedbacks when I report vile premades or individuals by myself(who tend to do and say worse things than the people I get instant feedbacks for).
I feel your pain though. It sucks playing with a trolling premade because you're not going to get any help from anyone from it, so you're pretty much resigned to just take it, which feels super unfair. But, you have to realize that the majority of the time these people want you to type so they can get you banned, so typing to them is giving them exactly what they want.
For some context I drove without insurance and on a suspended license, found guilty and had the case expunged because it was my first offense. I committed an actual crime in the real world, went to a real court and was found guilty of that crime, and received a less harsh punishment.
