Almost 4 months ago i had received a perma ban (text above). I have only received a previous ban of 14 days (text not shown) With no strikes or previous bans on my account.

I bring my chat log to your attention because i feel as tho my perma ban is unjust. League is notorious for toxic players and intentional feeders, and they run rampant across your game, free to tilt/anger/slander other players in game whether they are teammates or not. From the text above, was a game were i was top, (losing matchup) so i was having a tough time, so i request a gank. My jungler comes top after a few camps, no biggie. Then he proceeds walks in front of my enemy laner and spams dance till he dies.

Now i have not said a thing in chat at this point nor do i normally unless spoken too, this jungler had one goal in mind, and it wasnt the enemy nexus, it wasn't to out jungle the opponent. It was to make my game a living hell. he continued to run top and into the enemy jungle and did absolutely nothing but feed and flame in chat.

This is were the chat log comes in. The jungler starts blaming me for losing top, he said i wast good enough and that i should build armor. I had lost my temper far before this point but i kept it under wraps till, eventually he ran it down top for the 6th time i just couldnt hold my fingers anymore, i don't understand nor even know why this player decided to make my game so difficult.

i understand i am responsible for my own actions that is why if you continue to read the chat log i did mute my team in order to get out of the situation. however by that point the damage had been done.

I feel as if my ban was unjust, and i would like some light shed on players inting or just out right not caring about the game. i am passionate about this game more so than i should, this account was made before seasons were a thing, and had been played on every day since. i agree my out rage and cussing was uncalled for, however so is intentionally feeding, griefing, and running it down mid. Yet those players are still free to do as they wish, but along as they don't type in chat they can slip right past the ban hammer???? If this ban is uplifted, i promise to uphold the summoner code and mute all toxic players right away. And to always destroy the enemy nexus.

So you had a 14 day ban and then you got permabanned?

You should remember that after a 14 day ban, you are on thin ice and the game even says that your next punishment is going to be a permaban.

So this log is From 4 months ago, an already finished 14 day, and then this log was turned into a perma without anything new? As in you were punished twice for the same log?

I mean you were pretty toxic, and they do warn you after a 14 day. Instead of your ban being lifted, I'd say ban you and your jungler from that game. But riot can't do that because "context never matters."

You need to become more eloquent. I frequently trash people for acting like jerks or the like, but I do so in a creative way that isn't apparently malicious, and I've been warned exactly twice about my behavior in the 4+ years I've been playing. If you want to evade the banhammer and you can't stay silent, say what you want to say in a way that they don't perceive as malicious, but still makes you feel better.

My perma ban was and still is unfair and unwarranted.
