No Loot? Help (Reds or anyone who knows anything)

So i got a 10 game chat restriction, fair enough, i won't argue it. I said some pretty mean things to a Kha that had no runes or masteries in a ranked game. But i said some mean things, so I deserve it. Now my 10 game chat restriction is over, but i am being told i am still not eligible to receive Hextech loot??? This is super confusing to me. I totally understand the 10 game chat restriction punishment, but can i now never get loot again over the course of my League career for raging at one player?

Just looking for clarification and help. Honestly super confused and kind of makes me want to rage more. Why should i get punished for one bad language game for the rest of my league playing time, yet a Kha in a ranked game with no runes or masteries goes untouched?

The exact requirements to be reformed to receive loot again isn't know, but for minor punishments many have reported earning back eligibility after ~30 games of not getting valid reports.

Same thing happened to me, I dont think it is permanent. I dont know why you are still being punished for something you already took punishment for.

Because they are trying to force you to behave a certain way, and using a carrot/stick approach to get it
