Isn't boosting against the rules? Or is it only the type of boosting where someone else logs into your account and not the type where you duo with a Diamond smurf?

Former is against the rules, latter is not, comes to be expected with the end of the season coming.

This is why I avoid ranked in the first 1 or 2 months of season start and the last 1 or 2 months of season end

It's only considered boosting when someone else is on the account other than the owner. Plus, it's the end of the season and that's when ALOT of them come out.
