Chatbans

So, I’m not really one to complain about anything ab this game, so I usually play with friends and stuff, and things like this happen all the time, when I play alone of course.

So I que up, and everyone’s loading in, and everyone’s at 100%, and I load in and nothing really happens, and I have to close my client, and reload in, and by that time, I’m either 5-8 levels behind, or they’ve already remade.

But this is the real issue, recently, I’ve been teaching my youngest brother how to play Camille, as he was interested in her, so this was a learning experience for both of us, as I main riven, and fill when I have to, I don’t really play her, infact I don’t even own her. So I’m here, helping my brother, and he’s getting flamed by an Udyr, and I tell him to just avoid it, but he’s 13, and they get mad quite easily, so he decided to say things like — oh might I add on, he was playing jungle Camille, so this Udyr, was constantly stealing farm from him, in which I said just avoid it, and take the loss, “it’s just one loss, and you’ll grow from it, you’ll be fine.” But back to what I was saying, might I add on, that the whole team was annoyed with this Udyr, who was on our team, taking the junglers buffs, and farm, and eventually at the end, Bam he gets chat banned for saying things like “You’re dumb you took my buffs.” “Don’t sh*t talk me when it’s your fault I’m behind, and can’t do anything.”

I do understand that it is offensive (In the slightest) but why would he get chatbanned when in the chatlogs, it shows everyone telling the jungler that he shouldn’t take the buffs/farm?

There's no acceptable context to flame. If there was, it would add an impossible degree of subjectivity to each and every chat infraction. It's just not realistic.

As the older sibling, you kinda dropped the ball by not making your brother just mute the guy.
