If they can't reform after being warned multiple times, they kind of deserved it.
What would Riot gain from removing players who spent money? The vast majority of them never return, and of those that do, many of them don't spend another cent on the game.
If you're trying to say Riot bans players to get their money... that makes no sense - Riot already has their money, and they'd get more money by leaving them unbanned.

Nope.
Riot gives multiple changes for all but the most egregious offenses though, so luckily this isn't really a concern.

You should never be able to buy an exception to the behavioral rules, in my opinion. Being a loyal player also entails following the rules of the game.

To be fair, the current punishment system DOES give players a chance to reform and change their ways. Players get multiple punishments (unless you show very severe toxic behavior, then only 1 punishment) before receiving a permanent ban. These punishments serve as warnings that their behavior is unacceptable and that they need to change it. In fact, in the reform card for the 14 day ban (the last punishment before a permanent ban) it specifically says that the next punishment will be a permanent ban. If a player decides to ignore all of these warnings and doesn't take these chances to change their ways, that's when Riot finally decides to permanently ban them.
They are given plenty of chances to reform. There's several tiers of chat restrictions, followed by a 14-day ban before they get permabanned (unless they do something extreme). That is their reform chance. 4 warnings should be more than enough.

If you get to the point of being permanently banned, you've had ample time to reform and change your ways. Typically, you've had three chances, unless you used hate speech, in which case, you get one.
Let me ask you; how many chances should someone really get to reform? How many times does someone have to prove their not listening before we put our foot down and tell them "fine, you don't want to play by the rules, you don't get to play at all"?

You lost me at the money thing. Just because you've spent money doesn't mean you should get any more chances than those who don't.
You won't get any real community opinions on this board, as most of the usual posters here are very defensive of Riots system and beliefs.
