Ez jg isn't terribly trolly, and you can just report them in the post-game lobby.
Support tickets are often ignored if you had the option to report them in lobby, because Riot doesn't want you to make tickets unnecessarily when there's a more convenient option for everyone available.
Note: I did look at the game. Yeah. Picked jg after the legitimate jg did, went 0/5/1 in a suspicious way, and his name (which I'll leave unsaid due to boards rules, but safe to say it's extremely racist) just makes it all the more likely. I'm not saying you're lying, just that if you were physically capable of reporting them in post-game then Riot won't pay attention to the ticket.
