Report player for using slurs?

I have a screencap of a player using slurs in champ select, but I did not play through a game with them, so I wasn't able to report them. After searching, it looks like the way to report a player outside endgame is to submit a support ticket, but none of the ticket options seem at all relevant to the situation (and one referred me to the forums here...). What should I do?
