my account got suspended because I feed intentionally during a game. Because one of my teammate ban the champ I was going to play.. why you guy don't do nothing to does who ban their teammate champ for no reason

While it is frustrating, players are allowed to ban champions they do not wish to see played, even when a teammate really wants to play that champion. The appropriate response is to pick another champion and play the game, while quietly reporting the player if you feel it was done for malevolent reasons.
If you decide the best response is to break the rules and ruin the game for everyone else on your team, you will indeed face punishment

You don't get to feed because somebody banned your champion. That person made you slightly frustrated in the game lobby, so you completely ruined 4 other player's experiences because of it.
In the future, on your new account, don't do this. Pick up a multitude of different champions so when this happens you don't have to resort to toxic actions like this.
