Should this really be punishable?

Hi, I was followed around and grieved throughout the game. Other players reacted to this player as well. Ziggs was burning his barrier and flash while ulting jg camps trying to annoy us on purpose (he even admits it in his chatlogs during the game), he also put himself into situations where he afked away from a fight or defending . He would also put himself in a horrible situation and get killed. I did POKE FUN at this troll. I feel like getting punished for this is blaming a victim in this situation. I've seen so many people be much more horrible to me in the past, I was literally just poking fun at how immature someone can be. It's crazy that someone can be that self-absorbed in-game and the victim to that is getting punished.

The culture of the game hasn't changed, we still blame people for even saying little things to people who troll and abuse in game as if we should expect it, as if it's a standard. I'm honestly sorry ahead of time if this chat log offends anyone, i really doubt it would. I'm just annoyed that my honour level starts from 0 now, and that I didn't even get a notice saying he was punished.
