@riot does NA staff members follow different rules/standards than JPN staff members?
I play on the japanese server and I was told they can not tell me why i have received a 25 game chat ban. I politely asked with the intention of reforming but their response was "we can not share those details as that would reveal how to beat the system".
Now i was under the impression they did that only if you script/used third party programs, which makes sense. You wouldn't share the details of script or bot detections with someone that makes scripts. However I recieved a 25 game chat ban, not a perma ban (which is what scripters/hackers get if im not mistaken). They've hinted that "you must fix your behavior" but they haven't even touched on what kind of behavior I did wrong.
I remembered the singed support thread where wookie cookie explained very nicely why that singed player got banned by showcasing an example in one of his games where singed qued for adc and left his support janna alone in bot lane. Because wookie cookie explained so specifically, that singed player knew exactly how he needed to reform.
With the japanese riot staff saying "we cant share what you did wrong but fix it or else more severe punishments will come", its making me wonder if riot jpn have different rules/standards than riot NA? Why does staff members in NA show and explain to the summoner what their actions were while JPN say they aren't allowed to?
If a fellow rioter can get back at me, that would be great. I've attached the screen shot of the chat I've had with Japanese Riot member "Nishira". Although it is in japanese, its the only source of proof I can show. (fun fact, mac clients can't type in japanese in game... yet they emphasize time and time the importance of "communication"!)

If possible I'd also love it if I can get some insight as to why I recieved the second ban. (I know I recieved the first 5 game chat ban for toxic language. I've since than used only "gg" "glhf" but still got a 25 chat ban.

it says "we can not show you the chat logs. please contact support for details". of course they dont have chat logs to show because I havent used chat after my deserved 5 game chat ban.
