You can file a Support Ticket to try and appeal the suspension, but frankly...

It really should've been obvious that if you knew Riot bans players for saying it, that you probably shouldn't say it yourself, even as an example?

If you see someone use the phrase, just report them for it. They'll learn the hard way not to use it, or they'll just get kicked out of League. Just...Take a moment to actually consider what you did there.
