i literally got 14 days banned for nothing my bot was trolling and all i said was report bot for trolling...after game i see account suspended and i rellog to see 14 days banned...but why????

The system doesn't punish based on severity alone. It punishes based on consistency x severity, meaning you can be punished for 1 game of extreme toxicity or many many games of mild toxicity.
Asking for reports is considered a harassment, so all those other games you asked for reports all added up and eventually got you punished.
Please provide entire unedited chat logs of your reform card AND history of punishment on this account. We can assume you recently got 25 chat restrictions and kept flaming. Also read: https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207489286-Instant-Feedback-System-FAQ-
And even before you paste anything: no, toxicity is not only death threats and adventures with mothers. Being negative and spamming or sarcastic is also against the rules.
Thats pretty vague. If you wanna know why, we need more information to accurately identify where you went wrong. Though, already just asking for reports against someone (when you could just report it yourself) is against the rules. I doubt that alone would get you punished, but maaaybe if you do it consistently in like half your games. Again, chat logs would help.
