Getting banned for toxicity but not for feeding

so i was auto filled support.i was cool with that until we loaded in the game and garen started to feed a ww top with barrier .our jungler was 1-9 they started flaming each other but no one gave a shit but when i flamed the garen when he blamed us i got a 14 day ban?so why should feeders pass without a ban or a penalty. if someone feeds in my ranked games he deserves a penalty as well. and you already made a mute button for a reason if someone was toxic but there is no ''stop feeding''button.

Because feeding (as long as it's not intentional) isn't punishable. Flaming is.

Feeding itself is not a punishable offense. Lots of things can lead to people feeding, but most the time it is related to poor gameplay knowledge, thus getting outplayed. Most the time, those people are not purposefully trying to loose a game, so it is unfair that they get punished for it.

However, when you start intentionally trying to ruin games, that's when you should be punished. This includes intentional feeding and intentional harassment towards others.

We should have an experiment going, with 2 accounts. One that feeds every game and one thats toxic every game. I already know which one would get banned earlier.
