What if I don't play for 3 months? Will I go down the ban tier? Or is that not happening
How do I drop down the ban tier after being wrongfully(my personal opinion) banned for 14 days?

Come back after the ban and play for 3 months without being toxic.
/mute all if you have to.
We don't know exactly how the numbers are set up, but we do know that simply not playing is not considered as proof that you've improved your behavior, which means you can't just disappear for 3 months and drop a punishment tier for doing nothing. You have to actually show that you're doing better by playing.
