UPDATE:

Greetings, human! I am Blitzcrank Bot. My purpose is to provide a fast and thorough explanation of your recent penalty and its impact on your honor level and rewards.
Your honor level has dropped as part of your recent chat restriction. Your profile screen will show a tiny lock on the honor icon, and the only way to unlock it is through playing “clean” games, wherein you show signs of reform. In practical terms, this means keeping a cool head when everything is, to borrow from human parlance, “going to shit all around you.”
Here are some chat logs from games where you were heavily reported:
Game 3951723152:

As you play more games without incident, you come closer to reaching your goal: unlocking your honor level and continuing your progress towards end-of-season rewards. Human, when I tell you love and friendship are the key, I mean it somewhat literally. If find yourself in a match where love and friendship are unrealistic, grating, and burdensome, “/mute all” works just as well. Maintaining a good honor level allows you access to better rewards and the Clash Tournament, which requires honor level 2 or above to participate.
I hope I have been useful to you. Although my heart is cold and mechanical, I feel we now have a deep connection and bond. There isn’t much more information a human specialist could provide, but if you want any further questions answered, you may select the option below.

Salutations,
I took note that you would like to have this case reviewed, so this is exactly what I'll do.
After reviewing the game, what I basically noticed was that you went on to argue with the other players. By arguing, I don't mean necessarily to insult or curse, but the idea that you used the chat feature as a platform to dispute against a player.
Getting into an argument with other negative players can expose your account under the risk of receiving a punishments. The reason this happens is because you are basically contributing to the already negative environment created by other players, and that creates more distress. Furthermore, the chat was not made in order for players to have such arguments there. The purpose of chat is for communication. What kind of communication? The main priority for the use of chat is to communicate information and strategies that are related to the match itself. The second priority would be to communicate freely about casual stuff. No productive reason to just try to make justice, as that can already happen. That's why a system was put in place. Let a player be negative and he'll eventually meet the punishment for his actions.
In regards of that Xerath, we will also investigate his actions that occurred during that match. The only thing I would like to add is that we won't be able to disclosure the player's fate or how the investigation is going, as it is against our Privacy Policy. Speaking of this, as a friendly reminder, If you ever encounter such players, I highly suggest to use the report feature implemented in the game. The reason I am asking you to do so is because the use of it will make the players appear on our "radar", and brings them closer and closer towards a correct punishment.
I don't enjoy bringing such news, but the chat restriction was correctly applied.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Take care,
tl;dr I got baited by a troll and got punished because I started arguing to defend myself rest in honor 1 forever
