So many people surrender makes me wonder if the system works

alwyas have people who says that this game is lost and wont play anymore they either afk farm go in lane to steal farm (attitudes that wont be banned) or other things to make intentionally loses as long as they don't do it officially like intentionally feeding makes me wonder if the system actually works
