Toxic Behavior Fix Idea

I've been playing league since S3 and I just can't see a possibility of being not toxic. I created a ticket to ask to permanently remove the ability to talk so that toxicity isn't even an option. It's come to my attention that even the infamous Tyler1 has had the same idea and nothing happened. They said its not possible on their side and that I should talk to the board. I'm just confused how this isn't a feature in the game yet when riot's main goal is to remove toxicity. The addition of pings allows the game to proceed without teammates needing to say MIA or back off and things along those lines like they needed to back in the day. Some people are probably gonna say that there are features that allow you to turn off all chat and team chat in game. Trust me, I've tried this and when you are in the heat of a moment, it takes 2 seconds to turn it back on. This isn't a simple matter of "just don't talk/flame." It's more of riot not wanting to assist those players in stopping their behavior and instead just ban them if they are toxic. In my opinion it's interesting how they ban these players but not the people that run down, passive aggressive flame, etc. Just my two cents. It would be a great feature that would allow my accounts to go past a certain level.

Permanent chat mutes (and escalating chat restrictions) have been attempted before, both were proven to be ineffective as it resulted in players resorting to griefing other areas of the game by intentional feeding, AFKing, or sending private messages.

This.

Riot also doesn't really care who antagonizes, even though people are quite literally filled with emotions and reactions are easy to get from them. They don't pass a human judgement on the situation, they just ban everyone that is toxic.

Or we can start by fixing the client. If the game is shit before i even get in a match, there is a high possibility that i won't give a fuck if i get banned for: toxicity and more ...
