I got permabanned before 2 months and a half for verbal abuse. I'm not here to justify my ban or something like that. I'm here to tell you something that I've been through. I've tried before a month to write tickets to riot about my perma ban. Riot started closing my tickets before reading them because I rushed them with letters, thats reasonable right? After a month without league I started another account and got to plat with it. I got reformed through this time. Now, I wanted to see my replay from that one game that cause me the perma ban, but I cant because my account is blocked. So I sent a letter to riot about it and they closed it for no reason. What should I do now?

The best advice is, frankly, try again. They may not release replays -- I've never heard of someone asking.

Replays are considered an account’s data - they are not generally “publicly” available - only to people in the game itself. Further, as the replay is not necessary to review the validity of a punishment, it is not something that you have any need to access. As such, it’s considered content associated with the account such as are RP, IP, champs, skins, etc, all of which are lost when an account is permanently banned.

Further, if you spammed the support ticket system so much that your account was flagged for automatic closing of tickets, I’m unaware of any way to get your account unblocked from support - you may try a ticket logged out or one from another account. But as Djinn said, I doubt they will release it, especially because you have no way of playing a replay from multiple patches ago.
